EXCHANGE AND REFUND
POLICY
Exchanges
CycleTechinc.com will exchange items if returned in Brand New
-Unused condition with the original box, packaging, all manuals
and accessories within 21 days of purchase. All Shipping/Handling
charges are paid by you, the customer.
Refunds
Cycletechinc.com will refund to the original purchaser, most items if returned with the original box,
packaging, all manuals and accessories within 21 days of purchase.
Proof of purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges and
merchandise must be in Brand New - UNUSED
condition, including the original box, packaging, all manuals and
accessories. The value of missing items
will be deducted from the credit amount of a return.
Shipping/Handling costs are not refundable. Return shipping costs
are the responsibility of you the
customer.
In order to insure our customers get nothing but brand new
merchandise from us, we do not accept returns on any used item,
even if it has only been used "once around the driveway"
it is not our policy to allow returns on such items... This is to
protect you, the customer, from receiving used and potentially
damaged goods... We sell items for less than anyone on the net,
therefore we expect that you the customer have checked around,
gotten all the info you need, and have come to us SURE of which
product you want to buy, (and sure that you want to save some big
bucks on it too!! ;-) Unfortunately, these low profit margins do
not allow us to take merchandise back, store it, and try to sell
it used... SO PLEASE BE SURE OF THE ITEM YOU WISH TO ORDER BEFORE
YOU ORDER!! You may e-mail me (the owner) with any questions you

There are no refunds on custom orders...
IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS VISUAL DAMAGE INSPECT IT
FOR DAMAGE AND FILE A CLAIM WITH THE DELIVERY PERSONAL BEFORE THEY
LEAVE YOUR HOUSEON THE DAY ITS DELIVERED DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGE
PACKAGING AND IF YOU DO ACCEPT THE DAMAGE GOODS ITS YOUR
RESPONSEABILITY TO FILE CLAIMS WITH THE CARRIER WE WILL ASSIT AND
PROVIDE YOU WITH THE NEEDED TRACKING INFORMATION. FILE ALL CLAIMS
WITH THE DELIVERY CARRIER FOR WE INSURE ALL PACKAGES.ACCEPTING THE
PACKAGE AND THAN RETURNING IT TO US WILL CAUSE the SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEE TO BE CHARGE TO YOU!
