How to Cancel Your POF Paid Subscription Plan

The POF paid subscription plan gives you access to features that are not available in the free version but if you feel that you are not getting what you need after paying for the premium plan you can still cancel your subscription by following the steps below:

• Visit the POF webpage and log in to your account;
• If you are using a phone, click on the account page but if you are cancelling on a PC click on ‘premium’ then click on ‘click here to let your upgrade expire’.
• Confirm that you no longer want your subscription to be renewed.

How to Cancel the Subscription If you subscribed using your iPhone:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone and tap your Apple ID name at the top of the page.
2. Click on Subscriptions.
3. Tap on your Plenty of Fish subscription.
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and choose Cancel Subscription as seen in the image below:

How to Cancel the Subscription If you Subscribed Using Your Google Play Account

1. Open your Google Play Store app.
2. Click on your profile picture in the upper-right corner.
3. Select Payment & subscriptions.
4. Tap on Subscriptions.
5. Click your Plenty of Fish subscription.
6. Move to the bottom and select Cancel Subscription. 

Once you are done with the steps above you will no longer be charged for premium service.
